The Government of India is actively promoting organic farming through the Paramparagat Krishi Vikas Yojana (PKVY. This scheme is designed to provide end-to-end support to organic farmers, covering every stage from production and processing to certification and marketing. By following a cluster-based approach, PKVY encourages farmers to come together and build strong organic farming clusters helping them create a reliable supply chain for organic produce.
